Deb's Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact exercise class combining controlled movements and breathwork, to enhance your core strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, posture and mood.
It is mostly mat-based, but we begin with an aerobics style warm up, to get everything moving – music is a feature of my classes, and I put together retro playlists, to make the class more fun and enjoyable (it also helps with the pain – only joking).
Classes are fun and friendly, and suitable for all ages and abilities. Come and join me, and get stronger.
